Presentation Skills for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

A common training model in pharmaceutical companies engages subject matter experts, usually physicians and PharmDs, to train sales representatives on complex disease state and product information. However, they experience the challenge of making complex information focused on how the representatives will use it in the field and easy to understand.

Workshop Objectives
  • Evaluate and revise current technical presentations to ensure that objectives, focus, and level of difficulty are targeted to sales representatives
  • Review communication and training principles that will enhance the representatives understanding of materials
