Personal and Professional Coaching
Making your transformation happen

What is coaching?
"Professional coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life."
From the International Coaching Federation

Coaching is applicable for performance improvement in a corporate setting as well as personal development for individuals. Coaching is a process facilitated by the coach who:

  • challenges
  • increases awareness
  • asks powerful questions
  • makes observations
  • holds the client accountable!

Successful Coaching Principles

  • The client is not broken
  • The coach is not a content expert
  • Client confidentiality is sacred
  • Demonstrate curiosity in service to the client
  • Use honesty and authenticity to find the truth
  • Use intuition to help interpret
  • The client is leader
  • Respect who and what the client is
  • Believe in the client's ability to succeed

The Coaching Process
Sample Session
For potential new clients with a desire to learn whether or not coaching is for them, a 30 minute sample coaching session is available.

Discovery Process
The purpose of the Discovery Process is to understand what is important to the client, what is needed to be successful in this relationship, and how we will work together.

Monthly Commitment
Since progress happens over time, a six month commitment to the relationship is requested for the greatest chance of success.

Each Session
In 30 or 60 minute sessions, we work on what issues, situations, and topics that are relevant to the client at that time. The responsibility of the coach is to move the client closer to the goal one session at a time until the long term goal is achieved.

"You can out distance that which is running after you, but not what is running inside you."
